Brandi Glanville Reveals She’s "Out of Funds" After Spending $100K on Mystery Facial Parasite Treatment

Former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Brandi Glanville is opening up about a frightening health crisis that has left her physically unrecognizable, emotionally distressed, and financially depleted.

Brandi Glanville's Health Crisis: What Happened?

Brandi Glanville, a reality TV personality best known from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, says she’s been battling a mysterious facial illness she believes may be linked to a parasite she encountered in Morocco while filming The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in early 2023.

Symptoms began months after her return — starting with facial swelling, pain, and speech difficulties. Glanville says she’s seen numerous specialists, undergone extensive lab testing, and spent thousands on treatments — all without a clear diagnosis.

Over $100,000 Spent on Medical Expenses

In a recent interview and emotional social media posts, Glanville revealed she has spent more than $100,000 out-of-pocket seeking answers and treatment. Her expenses include:

  • $10,000+ in lab work
  • $12,000 for six weeks of IV antibiotics
  • Countless visits to specialists and alternative therapy providers

Despite her efforts, she remains undiagnosed and continues to suffer daily.

Turning to OnlyFans and Selling Wardrobe to Survive

With insurance not covering most of her treatments, Glanville says she’s turned to OnlyFans to generate income and has even started selling her iconic RHOBH wardrobe. “I’m literally out of funds,” she shared, adding that the emotional toll has been just as hard as the financial one.

“I’m miserable, I’m depressed, and I just want to feel normal again,” Glanville said in a tearful video.

Social Media Backlash and Support

Despite being open about her condition, Glanville has faced backlash online from people speculating that her facial changes were due to botched cosmetic surgery. She firmly denies this, explaining that her condition is medical — not cosmetic — and pleading with followers for compassion.

“This is not about vanity. This is about survival,” she wrote.

Brandi’s Message: “I Need Help”

With no answers and resources running dry, Glanville is using her platform to raise awareness and possibly reach a doctor or expert who can help her.

“I need someone who can help me figure out what’s going on. I’ve done everything I can. I’m out of options,” she said.
